In a malfunctioning courtroom brimming with excruciating misbehavior and unintentional satire, actions of Judge Justin Patrick Fay were concerning, and conduct of my neighbors *Mitchell Mange and *Patrice Pavis arguably unbecoming with their unhinged charges built on classic false pretense. The result is this deserved exposé; a disinfecting spotlight focused on incompetence as well as the age-old problem of why some people chose to lie instead of being truthful. Callous and blatant disregard for honesty must have consequences even if and especially because the court did not notice or care.
Once you read this telling perhaps you too will realize traits the perpetrators hold in common: being deliberately, vacuously and impulsively petty – that coupled with exhibitions of dubious intelligence. My immature neighbors are excused somewhat on account of their seeming insanity. The judge and others are not.
Unfortunately, laughable perjury was embraced and celebrated by an unsophisticated, befuddled court; Pavis the star, husband Mange best supporting liar, and Judge Fay their witless dupe. Never before have I experienced such acute crazy, stupid, and incompetence. To borrow from stark raving Pavis, ‘I witnessed with my own eyes,’ and it scares the hell out of me. We live in dangerous times. Events described represent a microcosm of what ails our culture, society and nation, underscores the dangerous thin line between civility and barbarism, and how our justice system can become perverted and mismanaged.
This is about the danger of what happens when people live in denial, invest in misinformation, and insulate from reality – especially when decision-makers and the powerful who we entrust pursue a questionable path. That troubling persuasion and dark side of humanity is trending now across the globe and should be cause for worry; no good can come of it. This situation also showcases lack of accountability for actions and words, and lack of consequential thinking. In essence much of what happened boils-down to a common element; people speaking before thinking. American humorist Dave Berry called it ‘blithers disease;’ lack of a filter between brain and mouth. Coupled with that is clear evidence of inability to think things through. Advice to my accusers, the judge, deputy sheriff, and other unreliable representatives of government agencies swept into this nightmare: do better; learn not to say and do compromising, foolish or crazy things. Even more desirable, learn not to think them to begin with; take care to evolve, and seek to grow into truly transcendent people. Be honest. Please employ critical thinking; learn how to accurately and reliably assess information; to develop sound opinion based on facts instead of seeking (or creating) facts to fit your theory. Doing so will surely make you at least seem smarter, and life easier. Unfortunately, this level of mental sophistication is uncommon; people tend to embrace information that supports their ideology and beliefs than that which challenges them. As such, this exposé has plentiful examples of illogical and errant thinking by people lazily rooted in stupidity.
As will become clear, I am not one to be trifled with; so comes my serious side; just watch me. This episode harmed me greatly. As a result, I have a moral obligation to identify wrongs and injustice. My purpose is to inform; to identify process deficiencies, expose improper behavior, warn those expecting a fair shake in court they may be disappointed, and most of all to do as I have my entire adult life; reveal incompetence, bullies and liars. To champion truth can be hazardous duty but I’m ready and unstoppable. While compassionate, I feel their indiscretion and bumbling comes with a cost. I’m really not used to using harsh words like this or having so much fun with sarcasm but indignation has trumped civility for now. No more business as usual; a time of reckoning has arrived for those who bully, abuse and harass. The karma genie is out of the bottle. So now here they are – revealed in an unreserved case study of the absurd as fair and kind as can be.
